  • Michaela Noble of Noble Weddings and Events came highly recommended to me by word of a childhood friend. I was newly engaged, living out of state, working three jobs, launching a new business and going to school full-time. Michaela was a blessing from the moment we met her. Decisive, patient and calm under pressure, she brought the structure, organization and gentle suggestions that it takes to make a wedding happen. She worked with us on our very modest budget, and though I was financially concerned about hiring wedding planner, in the end she saved us thousands of dollars and hours of time (maybe even a few arguments too). Over the course of a year, she never missed a call, email or text, no matter the hour. My mother still calls her "Saint Michaela" to this day. Herself, her husband, and newborn daughter (that's right... our hero, even while pregnant) were there the entire wedding day and never, ever faltered. I now work for an event planning company in New Orleans, and without doubt, she is the most tenacious and lovely planner I have ever seen in action.   • My husband and I had Michaela as our month-of coordinator for our July 2023 wedding and she was a huge part of making it a successful day! She wrangled our vendors, handled all of the setup and decor, and made sure the only thing we had to focus on was celebrating and having fun. She managed the few road bumps with had with ease, and we felt reassured that if any bigger crises had come up, she would have been able to deal with everything without us needing to worry. Our DJ and one of our bartenders separately commented on how organized and efficient she was, and how nice it was as a vendor to be working with someone who was so put together and on top of things. Given that they’re professionals who work with a lot of coordinators, we knew this meant a lot! From early phone calls to create our timeline to smoothly running the rehearsal to setting up our many boxes of decor and centerpieces, Michaela was with us every step of the way. She even made sure we didn’t forget to eat or drink water during the day, and was ready with cups of ice water for us to sip on in between family photos. Overall, Michaela was an amazing help throughout our planning process and during the wedding itself, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly to other couples looking to get married in upstate NY! -Rachel + Ben
